Friday 9 February: Auckland

Our luck with the weather finally ran out as we moved towards the top of New Zealand.  We arrived in a rainy Auckland, although the day didn't turn out to be as wet as some forecasts had suggested.

We spent our time walking around the town and shopping.  We didn't feel that visibility was good enough for a visit up the Sky Tower.
