Tuesday 6 February: Wellington - At the top!

A short ride in the cable car and we were at the top.  It's so civilised here.  There was a cricket match in progress and a beautiful view out to sea ....

And the bowler comes in from the right hand side .....

There's a small cable car museum as well at the top .....

In the past some people had their own private cable cars to their houses high up

This is like the picture they use for tourism purposes to promote Wellington
